Repairs done very well and oil change was completed very timely.

The work, as always, was done quickly and with care. We were surprised when we received our bill, that "5W30 Full Service Oil Change" included the synthetic oil required for our car - 2010 Cadillac SRX. I call and was told that synthetic oil was used? If so, the synthetic oil change usually costs more. Have you changed your policy?
