I brought my car in for an oil change, and asked them to run a diagnostic, because the car was running rough. To keep this brief, the car did not have engine problems, it was the tires being out of balance, which caused the sensation of hesitation in the engine performance. The tire shop where they were purchased and spin balanced (twice in a month) obviously couldn't get it right, because there is no longer any vibration. There were also some coolant leaks due to old hoses, and it needed new coolant and hoses. I advised Kirk I had had the coolant done at the dealership (BIG mistake) within the last few months. He showed me the brown fluid in the reservoir and said that wasn't possible, it should be pink or bright green. So I got screwed at the dealership for overpriced service that wasn't even done. It's Repair One from now on - they know how to troubleshoot AND repair the problem.
