NO ONE is allowed under my hood except for Repair One! I have been bringing my 2008 Grand Cherokee to this team for over 6 years now! Why? At 175K miles, my Jeep runs like a toddler....raring to go! They take special care to keep her running well and SAFE! Their prices are competitive and they work with me to help create affordable solutions! They continuously prove that they take special care of their loyal customers!

Can't say enough good things about Repair One and the staff. I picked up a nail in my tire and needed a quick repair. I was fully prepared to wait an hour or two. I had to have it fixed as I have been taking my 5-year-old grandson to school and did not want to be without a spare. To my surprise, the manager said to pull around back and someone would be right with me. A young man was quick to the task and all was done within a half hour. The car actually belongs to my daughter. I told her that the car will be in need of an oil change soon and that she should take it to Repair 1....Thank you again for coming to my rescue.

I was referred to Repair One by a friend and service manager, who is knowledgeable about the automotive business. Thanks Mike L. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk let me know that their pre sale Vehicle Inspection was quite extensive and would take one and a half to two hours, so he arranged for a ride home for me. So helpful! A special thanks to Anthony for the expert, meticulous inspection you provided. You saved me a huge chunk of change down the road by locating a problem with the front brakes. I am grateful to you all. Now I have a car and a great place to take it to, should the need arise. I highly recommend Repair One.

I am relatively new to the area and recently was informed that there was an issue with the undercarriage of my car. I confess I picked Repair 1 because it was closest to my house and when I called they were happy to have me come right over. I have no real understanding of cars so they could have told me anything and set any price and I would not have known whether it was reasonable or not. The manager, Chris, was extremely courteous and in a very short time told me the issue, made a recommendation, took care of removing the skid plate, and didn't charge me for it. This made my day - not so much because of the money I saved, but from the integrity and decency of the representatives of this company. I took their card because I can't imagine going anywhere else when, inevitably, repairs are needed. To feel that level of confidence that a repair shop will treat me fairly and honestly is a new experience and has made my move here a little more special. Repair 1 went out of their way to help find a hidden warrantee to cover an engine replacement for my son's KIA. They are the best.
