I am a car guy, built, rebuilt and raced cars for years, and also an Aircraft Mechanic. Wife was pregnant, I was working a 55 hour week, her car needed a coupon, they had a good coupon, like $14.99 or something and included tire rotation, so I took it in, you can't even do an oilchange yourself for that cheap. Either way they got car up on the lift and they found a problem with a rear brake cylinder, showed it to me and it was obviously filthy, leaking fluid, dust everywhere. Which, I knew rear brakes were acting up. I said screw it and had them fix it. Reasonable price for the repair, some slight "upsell" tactics but overall not nearly as bad as all the big Chain places. Car ran perfect afterwards. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up.
