Since its inception, RepairOne® has given thousands of dollars to various local charities. Groups they have supported include Violence against Women, March of Dimes, St. Jude’s, Make a Wish Foundation, and recently a donation to the Brandi Anderson Fund to name a few. Their goal company wide is to continue growing the RepairOne® concept locally and on a national level to build their assets to allow even larger annual giving.

RepairOne® offers complete automotive repair as noted by their Addy® Award winning campaign, "Car Trouble? RepairOne® We Fix Everything." For example, the Company provides digital photos of each repair needed, an industry first, extended store hours 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, they close on Sunday so team members can spend time with their families and participate in their individual faith following the example set by S. Truett Cathy founder and chairman of Chick-fil-A Inc, that inspired this decision. They also offer a complimentary round trip customer shuttle, emergency road-side rescue, nationwide warranty, and friendly well-dressed store associates. Most of the cars brought to the Company's units are repaired and serviced the same day. In addition the mechanics employed at the store level are all certified technicians. In fact, most of the mechanics are "ASE Certified Master Technicians." The use of certified technicians at this level is virtually unheard of in the industry.
